On October17–19, 2025, W. Bro. Allen Lai, representing the Grand Lodge of China, attended the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Grand Lodge of Macedonia, at the invitation of MW Marjan Gerasimov. He visited the new Grand Lodge Temple, joined the Gala Dinner and National Theatre celebration, and exchanged fraternal greetings with delegates from over 20 Grand Lodges worldwide, strengthening international ties and promoting the spirit of the Grand Lodge of China.

2025年10月17日至19日，中國美生總會代表賴彥男誼兄應馬其頓總會總會長 MW Marjan Gerasimov 之邀，出席該總會 20 週年慶典。行程包含參觀新總會會堂、參與晚宴及國家劇院慶祝活動，並與來自 20 多國的兄弟互動交流，深化國際兄弟情誼，展現中國美生總會的友誼與文化風采。
