1961年7月13日出生於中華民國台灣省基隆市。
祖籍江西省南昌市、籍貫貴州省遵義市、父-陳昌明(故)、母-黃月桂、妻-林明瀅(故)、妻-蔡佩淑、長女-陳盈如、次女-陳蓁貞。
2005年於川廬第四分會(Szechwan Lodge #4)提升為工師美生、歷經分會及總會各項選派任職務及委員會，2023年當選中國美生總會總會長。
中國美生慈修會會員、中國美生總會申曦廬第18分會(Foederis Arca Lodge #18)榮譽會員、澳洲維多莉亞美生聯合總會國泰廬第38分會榮譽會員(Cathay Lodge #38)。
費時六年完成電子圖書館之美生典籍與美生資料整理與翻譯工作，完成三級美生儀禮地板工作走位位置圖，系列性完成美生儀禮教示與教育，任內授予台南瀛廬特許證並於年會中通過授證為第19分會(Tainan Lodge #19)，與保加利亞美生聯合總會及斯洛伐尼亞總會二個總會建交。
任內親訪菲律賓美生總會、日本美生總會、澳洲維多莉亞美生聯合總會，拜訪馬來西亞與蘇格蘭總會長會面。委派特使參加法國美生總會年會、加州美生總會、土耳其美生總會、北馬其頓美生總會。
委派特使拜訪奧地利美生總會、捷克美生總會、美國哥倫比亞特區美生總會、美國哥倫比亞特區普林斯霍爾(非裔)美生總會、美國麻塞諸塞州美生總會、美國內華達州美生總會、美國田納西州美生總會。

MWB Chen Yi-Chen (Arthur Chen) Biography
Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of China, 2023-2025
Born on July 13, 1961, in Keelung City, Taiwan Province, Republic of China.
Ancestral home: Nanchang City Jiangxi Province; Family from: Zunyi City, Guizhou Province;
Father: Chen Changming (Deceased); Mother: Yueu-gui Huang ; Wife: Ming-ying Lin (Deceased); Wife: Pei-shu Tsai; Eldest daughter: Ying-rue Chen (Rue Chen); Second daughter: Zhen-zhen
In 2005, he was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason at Szechwan Lodge #4. He held various appointed and elected offices and served in different committees at Blue Lodge also the Grand Lodge, and was elected to be the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of China in 2023.
He is member of the Scottish Rite, Honorary Member of Foederis Arca Lodge #18, Honorary
Member of Cathay Lodge #38 under the jurisdiction of the United Grand Lodge of Victoria.
He spent six years to collect, organize and translate of various Masonic books and documents to set up the Electronic Library of the Grand Lodge of China, which can visit at the Grand Lodge’s web-site and he also send one copy to each Blue Lodge. He drew up the uniform floor work of three Masonic degrees for Constituent Lodges, arrange to present a series of Masonic Education of all topics.
During his tenure, a Dispensation was awarded to Tainan Lodge, which was voted to Charter at the 2025, 72th, Annual Communication as the Tainan Lodge #19. He signed Mutual Recognitions with both United Grand Lodge of Bulgarian and Grand Lodge of Slovenia.
During his terms, he personally visited Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Philippine, Grand Lodge of Japan, he visited the United Grand Lodge of Victoria and met the Most Worshipful Grand Master Mason of the Grand Lodge of Scotland while visited Malaysia.
He sent delegation to participate Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Philippine,
Grand Lodge of National France, Grand Lodge of California, Grand Lodge of Turkey and Grand
Lodge of North Macedonia.
He also sent personal Representative to visit the Grand Lodge of Austria, Grand Lodge of Czech,Grand Lodge of District of Columbia, the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of District of Columbia, Grand Lodge of Nevada and the Grand Lodge of Tennessee.

MWBs, RWBs, brothers and distinguished guests,
I wish to express my deep gratitude, for the great honor that you just be’stowed upon me. This is the highest honor, which this Grand Jurisdiction can confer and which any Mason can ever aspire to attain.
I truly feel that I am unqualified for the seat, which has been occupied by so many distinguished PGMs. It is my fervent hope that the PGMs will continue to counsel and guide me, as you have done this before, and all the Grand Officers and brethren, to give me your full support, to enable me to carry out the duties of this office.
I want to express my gratitude to PGM MWB Norman Pin and PGM MWB Dennis Liao who installed Grand Officers 2023.
I want to give a special thanks to MWB Joel Encarmacion, GM of Masons in Japan, and his Grand Officers RWB Earl Smith-DGM, RWB Yutaka Yagi- SGW, PGM MWB Shinya Takeda and brothers. For your official visitation in our Communication today. It is a great honor to our Grand Lodge, and we hope that we will be able to visit you, during the Annual Communication, of your Most Worshipful Grand Lodge next year.
I also want to express my appreciation for the presence of VWB Oliver Ko, representative of the GM of the MW Grand Lodge of Philippines, also brother Chun Lin Kuo(郭俊麟), proxy of the GM of the Grand Lodge of Saint Paulo to bring us your Grand Lodge’s congratulates. Please bring back our best wishes to your GMs and all brethren. May we have more and more mutual communication between both lodges! Thanks for all ladies and distinguished quest attend our ANCOM. Please join us with our ANCOM banquet tonight at G house Taipei.

我真誠地覺得自己不夠資格，坐在這麼多傑出的歷代總會長所佔據的席位。熱切希望歷任總會長繼續一如既往地對我進行輔導和指導，也希望各位總會職員和兄弟們給予我全力支持，使我能夠履行好自己的職責。
